Despite progress in recent years, women remain underrepresented in STEM fields globally, and the gap is even wider in Africa. At FEJEST-AFRIQUE, we are dedicated to changing this narrative by encouraging young girls to pursue education and careers in science and technology. Through specialized programs, mentorship, and role models, we aim to inspire girls to break through barriers and excel in fields traditionally dominated by men.
